Konstantinos Loukopoulos holds a Law degree (LLB Hons) from Anglia Ruskin University, as well as two Master’s degrees from the University of Kent at Canterbury (LLM in International Commercial Law) and the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow (LLM in Information Technology & Telecommunications Law). Ηe is fluent in English.

A member of the Athens Bar Association since 2004, he is a Supreme Court lawyer with significant expertise in civil, commercial, and property law. Throughout his professional career, he has handled and successfully resolved numerous civil, criminal, and administrative cases, representing clients across all levels of jurisdiction. He collaborates closely with the law firm Alexandros Striberis & Associates, as well as other renowned legal offices in Greece and abroad.

Beyond his legal practice, Konstantinos Loukopoulos is also active in academic and research fields. He is the author of the book «The Future of Democracy in a World Federation,» which explores the prospects of democracy within a future global federation. Written in English, it considers 46 constitutions of sovereign states, 22 constitutions of federal divisions and 6 constitutions of the past. It has been published on SSRN (Social Science Research Network) and can be accessed here.
